We ship worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–12 business days, depending on your location. Shipping delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues, which are out of our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at veloraair@gmail.com and we will review your case for a potential replacement.
